I dont have the answer to your question. Just search the trade menu with light leather and see how it is priced on the AH.

I wouldnt stress about gold for your mount at level 30, because higher level mobs drop stuff worth more. For instance at 40-41 when I was grinding for a mount, level 36-38 turtles at dustwallow dropped stuff worth around 3gp per hour with skinning (not counting the occasional item drops). I got my mount at 41 without borrowing any money.
