My eBay account has been reinstated

I feel bad for adding a comment if you don't allow it but I was greatly wondering how you got re-instated. I did a google search and found you. I was a powerseller with 100% feedback from 492 people and I listed 3 auctions of items I have used so many times before and got a email stating I had a linked account. Which I do not...I emailed eBay and got two responses that they are looking into it then I got another one stating that I need to appeal it. How did you pretty please it to get the re-instatement.
